We know that behind each referral is a relationship built on trust established through thoughtful, meticulous treatment planning and unparalleled care.
We’re excited to announce our brand new patient referral program.
As a token of our appreciation, for each patient you refer to our office, we will send you a $100 e-gift card when your referral begins treatment. We’ll also send a $100 e-gift card to the patient (or their parent/guardian) at the start of their treatment. That’s $100 for you and $100 for your friends, family, neighbors, classmates – anyone you refer!
To quickly break it down:
- For you: $100 e-gift card for each new patient you refer to Grayslake Orthodontics
- For them: $100 e-gift card for the patient (or the patient’s parent/guardian)
- That means you each receive a $100 e-gift card to a retailer or restaurant of your choice when the new patient begins treatment.
What’s the fine print?
- The referred patient must tell us that you referred them before they begin treatment.
- The referred patient must start some sort of active treatment at Grayslake Orthodontics (for example: braces, clear aligners or expansion).
- Cannot be combined with multi-family discounts or other promotions.
